Attorney Scott B. Brilliant has been practicing personal injury law for
over a decade! He received his Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law
School, cum laude, in 1999, and has been serving Massachusetts residents
ever since.
Before going to law school, Attorney Brilliant worked as a claims adjuster
for a well-known local insurance company. While there, he was able to
gain clear personal insight into the insurance industry and the ways in
which they denied rightful compensation to countless individuals. With
this first-hand experience, he is better able to identify insurance bad
faith and help his clients make claims that will be successful.
At his own private practice, the Law Office of Scott B. Brilliant, he maintains
the philosophy that the client is the number one priority. To accomplish
this, he will work tirelessly on behalf of every one of his clients throughout
the entirety of their case. His goal is to make sure that each client
receives the best possible outcome.
Attorney Brilliant has offices in Bourne and Stoughton, allowing him to
reach clients in the local Southeastern Massachusetts and Cape Cod areas.
