Attorney Scott B. Brilliant has been practicing personal injury law for 23 years.  He received his Juris Doctorate from Suffolk University Law School, cum laude, in 1999 and has been serving Massachusetts residents since. 

Attorney Brilliant has worked as a claims adjuster for a well known local insurance company.  While there, he was able to gain clear personal insight into the insurance industry.  He had also worked as an attorney for insurance companies.  With this first hand experience, he is better able to identify insurance bad faith and help his clients make claims that will be successful.

He has also worked at a large major personal injury law firm and as a practitioner at the Law Office of Scott B. Brilliant.  At the Law Office of Scott B. Brilliant, he maintains the philosophy that the client is the number one priority.  To accomplish this, he will work tirelessly on behalf of every one of his clients throughout the entirety of their case.  His goal is to make sure that each client receives the best possible outcome.
